Dear Rita,

First of all, I wish to apologise on my late reply. We just returned from Guiyang last evening after extending our stay on our own in Chongging and Guizhou after our cruise ended. Here's my reply to your survey.

1. How do you comment your tour arrangements? (We did not take any tour arrangement but the group enjoyed the cruise booked through you)

2. Are you willing to recommend our service to your people who also have an interest to visit China? (For the cruise - Yes)

3. Do you have any suggestions on improving our services? (None)

4. Can we use your comments of our service, the photos or other images that you took on the tour for our websites, brochures, marketing and publicity? If yes, could you please send us some of your photos by E-mail? (Yes. Below is a photo taken during our cruise.)

I wish to thank you for your patience when booking the cruise for us, especially when arranging for payments, which did not go through smoothly due to typo error first on our part and then the bank's part.

Kind regards

Guat

Hi Leo,

I found the form but couldn’t type directly on it. So, here are my answers.

• My travel consultant was Leo. He promptly answered all my questions through e-mails.

• The tour arrangement was perfect for my needs. It was not fully packed from early morning to late evening. I had enough time to rest and recover for the next day.

• I have already written a review on China Travel Guide & Visa News group page on Facebook recommending your service.

• Overall, I think you’re very transparent about what the tour covers. You provided a detailed itinerary that was easy to follow. Other tourists with other agencies in my group didn’t get such detailed itinerary. It was also easy to contact you through e-mail and get prompt replies.

• I think the guides should give out name cards with their name and contact information. We should also be told the name of the driver picking us up at the hotel. On my last day, I was told the driver would pick me up at noon. When I checked out at 11:30, he was already there. I asked if he’s my noon pick up driver to the airport. He confirmed it. Then around noon I got a call from my tour guide, but my local phone service somehow disconnected the call. I thought I was picked up by a different driver. It was very confusing.
